This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it, and how to request deletion.Information we collectAccount details such as your name, email, sign-in information, account settings, team membership, plan, and credit balance.Photos you take or select, edited portraits, event names, image numbers, and content you choose to save or share. These photos may include event guests.Purchase details such as the products you select, payment status, subscription status, and, for physical orders, shipping information. Stripe processes card payments; Paint Me Live does not receive your full card number.Hub and app information needed to pair devices, find printers, complete prints, maintain security, and troubleshoot errors. This can include a Hub identifier, local network address, device information, and service logs.Messages you send to support or when you provide feedback.When you visit paintmelive.com, Squarespace and any enabled website analytics or advertising tools may also receive browser, device, IP address, page-visit, referral, and cookie information. Website cookies are separate from the app's photo and account features.How we use informationWe use information to run accounts; create, store, edit, print, and share portraits; manage events and teams; process orders and credits; send invitations; answer support requests; protect the service; and fix problems.We do not use customer or guest portraits in public advertising, social posts, or case studies without appropriate permission.When information is sharedGoogle Firebase and Google Cloud host account, event, photo, and backend information. Stripe handles payments and billing. Apple or Google may provide sign-in when you choose those options. We also use other service providers, such as email and image-processing providers, that help us operate, secure, and improve the service; they receive only the information needed for their role.If you connect an event to Telegram or manually send a photo, the image goes to the selected Telegram group and its members. Authorized teammates can see team events according to the access settings you choose. A paired Live Link Print Hub and printer receive the information needed to print. Copies already received by people, printers, or third-party services may remain outside our control.We may also share information when the law requires it or when reasonably needed to protect users and the service. We do not sell customer photos.Your choices and deletionYou choose whether to allow camera and photo access, which images to save, which teammates may access an event, and whether Telegram automatic sharing is on. You can change device permissions in your phone's settings and manage billing through the app's billing link.You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing sales@paintmelive.com. You can also choose Delete Account in the app's Profile. You may need to sign in again; a team owner must transfer or close the team first. Deletion removes the active account and associated user-owned information through our deletion process, but cannot recall images already downloaded, printed, or shared through Telegram. We may retain payment, security, or legal records for the time needed to meet those obligations.Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We honor valid requests as applicable law requires.Retention and securityWe keep account and event information while it is needed to provide the service, subject to the plan's photo-storage limits and your deletion choices. Operational logs, backups, and legally required transaction records may be kept longer. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Our providers may process data in the United States and other locations where they operate.Event guests and childrenPaint Me Live accounts are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through account features.The person taking or sharing guest photos is responsible for obtaining appropriate permission, including for minors, and for choosing appropriate team and Telegram access.Updates and contactWe may update this policy and post a new effective date. Terms of Service Paint Me Live Terms of ServiceEffective date: September 30, 2026These Terms govern the Paint Me Live app and related services provided by Paint Me Live LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at https://www.paintmelive.com/privacy. If you use the app for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.The servicePaint Me Live helps artists capture or import photos, create portraits, organize events, work with teammates, share images, and prepare or send images for printing. Some features require an account, a paid plan, print credits, compatible equipment, and internet access. Features and plan limits are described in the app at purchase.The Live Link Print Hub is separate hardware. Printing depends on correct setup, a compatible printer, paper, ink, power, and network conditions. Test the workflow before a live event and keep a backup plan. We cannot guarantee that a particular venue, network, or printer will work without interruption.Accounts and teamsYou must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your account information accurate and your login secure. Team owners control invitations, members, shared credits, and access to team events. Invite only people who should see the event’s images. Removing a member ends future app access, but it cannot recall copies the member already received.Your photos and permissionsYou keep the rights you have in photos and other content you provide. You allow Paint Me Live to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service and carry out the printing and sharing you choose. We do not receive a blanket right to use customer or guest images for marketing; that requires separate permission.You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to photograph, upload, edit, print, and share people, including minors. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or privacy-violating content. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance.If you use the service for a business, you agree to defend Paint Me Live LLC against third-party claims, and cover resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the claim arises from your content, your event operations, or your failure to obtain needed rights or permissions.Our propertyThe Paint Me Live app, software, Hub software, designs, and branding belong to Paint Me Live LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the app and services under these Terms. Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.Sharing through TelegramWhen you connect an event to Telegram, automatic sharing may send new images to the chosen group until you turn it off. You can also send images manually. Check the group before sharing. Paint Me Live cannot recall an image after Telegram or a group member receives it. Telegram's own terms and privacy practices also apply.Plans, credits, and paymentsThe app and checkout show the current price, included credits, billing period, taxes, shipping, and any financing option before you pay. Print credits are for using the service, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside it. Printing uses credits as shown in the app. If the printer produced a print but the app reports an error, do not immediately resend it; contact support so we can check the print and credit record.Subscriptions renew as shown at checkout until canceled. Use Manage subscription and billing in the app to review or cancel. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Plan changes, remaining credits, and refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Contact us about an incorrect charge or credit deduction. Stripe or an available financing provider handles the payment under its own terms.Hardware ordersHub and Business in a Box contents, shipping choices, taxes, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Hub hardware includes third-party software and components, such as Windows and printers, covered by their own manufacturers’ terms. For a damaged, incorrect, or defective shipment, or to ask about a return or warranty, contact sales@paintmelive.com with your order number. Your statutory rights remain in effect.Fair use and availabilityYou may use the app for lawful personal or business portrait work. Do not bypass payment controls, access another account without permission, interfere with the service, or misuse Paint Me Live's software or branding. We may update or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Keep your own backup of important event images.DisclaimersExcept as expressly stated in these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the service, app, and Hub software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to the conditions of any particular event or venue.Limits on liabilityTo the extent permitted by law, Paint Me Live LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, or losses connected to an event, even if we were told they were possible. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.Governing law and disputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except that either party may use small claims court where available, and consumers keep any rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction that the law does not allow to be waived.Account deletionYou can request deletion through Profile > Delete Account. You may need to sign in again. A team owner must transfer or close the team first. Deleting an account can end access to saved images, credits, and paid features; manage any active subscription separately. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to personal information.Changes and contactWe may update these Terms and post a new effective date, with additional notice when required by law.
